Tara is not only a registered Real Estate Agent, but also O’Brien Realty’s Director of Business Development in which she works directly with the firm’s founders and broader team on all initiatives that drive and support the business’s growth.

Tara graduated Summa Cum Laude from The George Washington University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and concentration in Pre-medicine. Prior to joining O’Brien Realty, she worked as a Business Development Specialist and Relationship Manager within the Financial Services Industry for over ten years. Additionally, she founded her own e-commerce business, a floral-inspired fashion and accessory company, Bloomlala. However, after starting her own interior decorating company for dorm rooms while in college as well as being a Super Host on Airbnb for over a decade now, real estate has always been her passion which is why she decided to pursue it full-time.
