If you ask Maryanne what she’d want her epitaph to read, not that she’s hoping to need that any time soon,
she would say “Maryanne strived on a daily basis to make a difference.” That pretty much sums it up. It
comes down to customer service, accessibility, going the extra mile, and helping all involved have fun in the
process. Her clients are most often known to celebrate her calm demeanor, supportive attitude, local market
knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly nature.
Along with her wife, Lori, who shares her passion for real estate, Maryanne also invests in, renovates, and
creates cherished homes for others. It is this interest that led her to leave a 25-year career in non-profit
residential services and program management so that she could focus full time on real estate. Some things
never change though, and she is happiest when she can help her clients through the sometimes scary,
sometimes challenging process of buying or selling a home. Customer service: It helps to have someone not
only on your side, but by your side.
Maryanne also gives back. Volunteerism is a cornerstone to self-fulfillment. Among other efforts, Maryanne
serves as Treasurer of Heritage of Pride, the organizers of NYC’s LGBTQ Pride events. In her spare time,
Maryanne enjoys good happy hour conversations with friends, fishing in Shark River, bowling in the Central
Jersey Rainbows Bowling League, RV travels, and showing family, friends, and clients all that Asbury Park has
to offer.
