Erica Herbst has been a long time Monmouth County NJ resident and is passionate about helping her clients buy and sell homes. Erica proudly holds a MBA from the prestigious NYU Stern School of Business which sparked her entrepreneurial mindset and paved the way for her thriving real estate career.

For 9+ years, Erica Herbst was the Broker/Owner of E KEY Realty, a well-established, boutique real estate brokerage in Monmouth County. She sets herself apart with her creativity and dynamic view on managing the real estate sales process while maintaining a personal touch.

Prior to becoming a full time realtor in 2008, Erica was a Marketing Director at Madison Square Garden in NYC where she led the team who conducted market research and analytics for the New York Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, Radio City Music Hall and the MSG Networks.

More recently, through a joint effort led by Kevin Harrington, one of the original Sharks on the TV Show "Shark Tank", Erica became a published author in a Wealth Building Book, 'Build Wealth Like a Shark,' which became Amazon #1 Bestseller in January 2022.

Many of her own clients continue to refer business to Erica and they have developed long-standing and rewarding relationships on both a personal and business level.
