Having moved to Monmouth Beach from NYC, Claire has firsthand experience as both a buyer and a seller in these markets. She understands which features attract today’s homebuyer and is the perfect person to help navigate the move from city to suburban living.
Claire lives by the beach with her husband Ben, a Bucks County, PA native and UDel alum, and their dog Blair. Having family that has resided in Monmouth Beach for over 60 years gives Claire a unique perspective into the local market as well as the ability to show her clients everything Monmouth has to offer!
