Allison Francis brings a unique mix of experience and passion to her work in real estate. Before starting her career as a Real Estate Sales Associate, Allison spent 23 years in education as both a teacher and a school administrator. Her time in education taught her the importance of clear communication, organization, and building lasting relationships, all of which now help her guide clients smoothly through buying or selling a home.

In addition to helping clients reach their real estate goals, Allison and her husband Patrick are active real estate investors. They manage both long-term rentals and short-term rentals, where they have earned Airbnb Superhost status. Together, they also run Away Team Home Services, a local company that supports Jersey Shore homeowners with property watch, concierge, and home maintenance services. This hands-on experience gives Allison a unique perspective on what it takes to keep coastal properties running smoothly year-round.

Outside of real estate, Allison is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys traveling, and loves spending time along the Shore. She takes the same energy and commitment from her personal life into every client relationship, making sure each one feels supported, informed, and cared for from start to finish.
